Overview
Tech stands for tiny eco community homes. Millennial’s and Gen-Z differ when it comes to levels of income. Tech provides for these generations by allowing them to save up for a better home.
Solution
Tech assists in both aspects of a home. Both Gen-Z and Millennial’s coming from different income levels, and can’t afford housing. But with tech they can save up and find there dream living situation. By creating a compact smart home and an app interface to pair with it, it is the important key to the living and community.
Challenge
The challenge with todays housing situation makes it hard for Gen-Z and Millennial’s to find a home and community.
